The protesters have no right to take over roads like this. 19 days in a row is an embarrassment.
However, once the city/county closes the road down (it could be from protests, ice, an oil tanker has overturned, etc) people must follow the rules of the closure.
The residents of Seattle should demand their tax dollars back. They are paying for a road that they can't use...for the 19th freaking day in a row...due to criminal behavior of other individuals.
The residents of Seattle are the idiots who voted these useless pieces of garbage in office. They're not going to do anything.
You're damn straight the protesters have no right to take over the road. That they've allowed it for almost three weeks is insane.
I'm not sure the city or county closed the road. They refer to the closed road but they may mean it was blocked by the protesters.
So disgusting Conservatives are celebrating a man who purposely went on a closed road to find protestors to hit?
Why am I not surprised that this is the level of grossness the current Trump-loving, racist batch of Conservatives has sunk to?
After learning the road was closed by the cops I'm no longer in support of the driver. I thought he was simply driving down the road, saw an unmarked vehicle parked as a roadblock, and then panicked by driving through the crowd.
He purposely went on a closed road. I don't like the fact that it has been closed because of these idiot protesters but you can't just drive on a closed road. It's closed for a reason.
No. If you look closely you'll see the protesters tried to get out of the way. The car was moving fast and there wasn't much time to react.
The protestors had no business being there. Seattle's mayor or whoever else is responsible should have had those people removed and sent to jail. But the driver had no business being there either because that part of the freeway was closed down. He belongs in jail.
