Okay I'm suburbia -- have been all mu life....I lied. I did live in the city of Toronto for 10 years...but up until I was 18 and then from 29 on -- I have lived in suburbia.

In the USA - it's all I've known. I lived in suburban Atlanta -- north west and north east side and now suburbs of a smaller city.
When was I under attack and how?

I missed it.

Have bought three and rented two suburban houses in the last 10 years without issue.

Quote:
Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing is a provision of the 1968 federal Fair Housing Act[1] signed into law by President Lyndon Johnson. The law requires that "All executive departments and agencies shall administer their programs and activities relating to housing and urban development (including any Federal agency having regulatory or supervisory authority over financial institutions) in a manner affirmatively to further the purposes of" the Fair Housing Act. The law also requires the Secretary of HUD to administer all HUD programs in a manner that affirmatively furthers fair housing.

If "low income" people want to live in affluent areas, let them work for it like others did. It shouldn't be the government's responsibility to force it on anyone.

You're late to the party, OP. There have been a couple of threads on this already.

Did you see a non-white person when you lived in those suburbs? If so, then you were under attack...at least according to Breitbart.com.

My goodness, that site doesn’t even try to hide its racism.

It’s like curing cancer by helping it spread to every part of your body. Treat the problem, single parenthood, absence of male role models. Don’t just move people around, solves nothing and destroys good neighborhoods
