Ah indeed, its managed by a company with a contract with the state but the state would need legislature approval to do anything with the monument. I doubt that happens anytime soon.
Stone Mountain is disgusting with that Confederate rock carving. It's a constant reminder to blacks about slavery that can be seen for miles. Get rid of it.
