Actually, Black on Black homicide is the 4th highest leading cause of death among Blacks. For Whites, White on White homicide is way down the list, in the 40th-50th cause range.

Well not just "black on black", they have a highly disproportionate murder rate overall. The reason no one wants to address that is because you can't exclusively blame others for it.
There will be zero efforts until whites deal with themselves and figure out how to be their own servants without forcing others to be something we’re not. Until then, no one else is going to do anything about anything.

As to "be their own servants," has it escaped your attention that Whites pay a disproportionate share of Federal taxes while Blacks disproportionately collect public assistance benefits? As to who's serving whom, Whites are taxed to provide free services to Blacks at a highly disproportionate rate.
Mental illness, by race/ethnicity, actually occurs at an equally representational rate that mirrors the Black and White percentages of the US population, as a whole.
Quoting the American Psychiatric Association: "Most racial/ethnic minority groups overall have similar - or in some cases, fewer - mental disorders than whites."
You're going to have to come up with a different excuse as to WHY blacks have a HIGHLY disproportionate Black on Black murder rate.
Now you are really just looking for more excuses to talk. The black murder rate is high because we are black. Drugs, mental illness, low IQ, brought here as slaves nothing more, physically unattractive, don’t get along even when married and two-parent households, anger, hate, revenge... but you’ll just keep talking.

It didn't. Some posters on this thread absolutely refuse to recognize and address the Blacks killing other Blacks at a highly disproportionate rate problem, so they want it to just go away.
