If your doctor uses an electronic medical chart plenty of "strangers" are already able to see your health history.
Who are "they" who say "700K people could have severe side effects down the road"? How could "they" know when no vaccine has finished clinical trials yet?

That estimate of flu deaths was changed to 61,000.
Anything that is done to reduce COVID-19 rates will also reduce flu rates. That includes not letting sick people come to work.

Most are but a goodly percentage are not. As of February, 2019, 20% in that age group were still working.
