Abraham Quintanilla Jr.'s legal team has sent a cease and desist letter to event organizer Joe Michael Perez, according to TMZ.
Quintanilla claims that Perez is guilty of copyright infringement for using the singer's name and image to promote his 'Trump Supporter Gathering' on Facebook.
