The ruling relates specifically to a court case where his tax records are believed to contain evidence. This would not have blanket appellation to everyone holding office as or running for POTUS.
In order to be required to disclose your tax returns, per equal protection under law, then every American must be able to demand to see any other American's tax on demand at any time, period.
