For those of us that have forged any type of career, I think most of us agree that in order to succeed in business, you need a spine and a certain degree of think skin or you ain't gonna make it past an entry level job.
Thin skinned/easily triggered people are much quicker to fly off the handle and are far less likely to problem solve which is a vital skill needed to be a good employee or business owner. The memory comes to mind of all those snowflakes who called off work the day after President Trump was elected because of being "distraught". I was royally p***ed the day after Obama was elected (twice), but it didn't affect my worth ethic.
Given he takes offense and whines just about everything, it pretty much explains why Trump is a lousy employee of the people.
Yet, strangely, he manages to get more accomplished on behalf of American citizens than career politicians stuck in their jobs for decades. The career politicians are so well spoken which must be so exhausting that's all they can do. All talk and no action.
