She's calling white european skin "recessive", which is albinism is, not white european skin.
White european skin is a genetic variation, like height.

I find it funny she accepts the award from two whites in that photo. If the whites awarding her are subhuman shouldn’t that mean the award from them is beneath her, so why is she accepting it?
She accepts the award because they are capitulating to her position, by showing their submission as subhumans.
