Since they're sworn to uphold the Constitution "so help them God" then hopefully they can be thrown out of office for violating their oaths. I'd love to see them thrown in prison, barring that (no pun intended) they should pay full restitution out of their own pockets. At the very least sued for everything that they own and then some.
It's that god part that I just don't understand why people babble that?
If that's accurate, walking down Portland Place doesn't make much sense because Lake Ave doesn't go through to the north. Looking at satellite pics, there might be an alley in between 33 and 35 Portland Pl, but it could be a driveway or something else, too.
the property was broken into, the protesters were threatening them and their dog, and a few of the protesters had guns.....they broke thru the fence and the property was signs, "no trespassing, privet property" The couple were on their own property. If someone threatened my life, I would certainly deem that I needed to protect myself.
Can you prove that the mob was unarmed? Remember, the McCloskeys are the defendants here. If the McClosekys get charged for anything and go to trial, the DA (or the state) is the one who will provide evidence that the mob was unarmed and peaceful.

Why on earth do you think that would be an issue? You think there is some law about carrying when in a group? The issue is the couple pointing weapons at people passing by.

I saw a picture of someone standing in front of the couple with a rifle or shot gun of sorts, not sure what it was,,,,,,
Why on earth do you keep raising this untrue item. There is a very clear video of the protesters entering the tract through an open and apparently undamaged gate.
Uh, claims by the probable defendants, or their legal representation, is not evidence.
The gate was broken at some point, yes. There is video that shows the gate was not apparently broken prior to the confrontation with the homeowners, the gate was demonstrably not as damaged at that time.

Circumstantial evidence vs direct evidence
Circumstantial evidence that the mob had the potential for violence
1) the gate was broken
2) St Louis was under civil unrest, looting, and violence (one retired St Louis police captain was shot dead on the street) for 2 weeks straight before the mob trespassed on McCloskeys private community on June 28
