Strangely, 99% of patients recover, similar to flu. People who want to wear a muzzle should wear one.
Closer to 5% mortality rate for Americans over 55, but...
Even if you survive, you have a high chance of continued suffering from lung scarring, embolisms/stroke, heart damage, and neurological damage.
I would say you should wear a mask just in case, so at the very least you are not responsible for killing someone else, even if you are willing to risk dying yourself, but that kind of argument on works on empathic human beings. But who gives a **** about NPCs right?
Funny thing is unless you are wearing a full face mask with an NBC/CBRN filter, you are not preventing any virus or bacteria from entering your body...those silly masks you put your faith and life in the hands of are worthless against anything but direct mist...even then your eyes are exposed.

Health officials also conducted phone interviews with 104 of the 139 clients, and of these, 98% reported wearing face coverings for their entire appointment, while 2% report wearing face coverings part of the time, the MMWR report said. The type of face covering used by clients varied, with the majority wearing cloth face coverings or surgical masks, and a few wearing N95 masks.
"These results support the use of face coverings in places open to the public, especially when social distancing is not possible, to reduce spread of SARS-CoV-2," the authors of the MMWR report concluded. ”
