We have two groups of people in this country that just cannot take care of themselves (generally speaking)......Native Americans and Blacks.
The Indians got the gift of Casinos...what about doing that for Blacks? Let the black gangs run legal gambling operations and spread the wealth throughout their communities........
Ugh, shouldn't the great society costs be backed out of this figure and the monetary cost of college, for those who received disparate admission preference, scholarships, grants and so forth? What about those who might be in default of student loans?
