So now that we admit voter fraud exists, let us put in place more safeguards!

So this guy lived in District 9, but had a UPS address in district 8 where he voted from.

I wonder how many people do things similar and even across state lines?

If he broke the law, lock him the hell up. But does this mean that Dems will admit that voter fruad is real?

This isn't a partisan issue for me.

I agree. I constantly hear how voter fraud isn't real. I constantly hear low-IQ logic like you shouldn't need an ID to exercise a constitutional right, but then those same people accept needing an ID to exercise other constitutional rights like buying a gun.

I hope this establishes from consistency and ends some of the double standards.

No one ever said it doesn't exist. We say it's not widespread. Numerous studies that cost millions of dollars have backed this up.

Strangely, seems like the GOP is usually the guilty party

I am not aware that there is any question that voter fraud exists.

There was a significant case in S. FL a couple of years ago where Cuban immigrants registered to vote and a few did.

We had two ladies here who used phoney docs to register and vote.

And we had a Republican committee woman who insisted upon her right to vote illegally even after they warned her she would be arrested. She did vote and was arrested. Her intent was to prove it could be done...

And my personal favorite we had a bar where the owner had an interest in a local issue and got dozen of his customers to request absentee ballots from his bars address. They actually locked him up for a couple of months if I remember correctly.

The issue however is it a big deal and does it effective the vote significantly. And I think the answer is no but it does happen and needs to be tracked down when it does. But it does not require closing polls or refusing mail in ballots.

Kill Chain: The Cyber War on America's Elections On HBO.
It’s real messy folks. Sad how terrible we handle our elections. Fraud - repression - hacks - cyber attacks and the small budget the election folks get.
