Who uses CDC data anyways.

Don't we all check on the individual states.

If it makes them feel better (The White House) - okay.

Why?
Because there is substantial proof that the CDC is manipulating testing & testing results.
Trump just found out they are counting non-confirmed cases as cases. Calling them "Probable" cases. All on speculation.
The CDC is also the one ordering death totals to be counted by "with" instead of "from"

The CDC is NOT telling the story of the virus. They are creating "a" story of a virus, to sell us.
Confirmed.

I'm not sure any reasonable, thinking person could look at the complete cluster**** of 'data' the CDC has been tossing around for months and think they should get to keep doing it. Not sure another government entity will do any better, but it was clearly time for some kind of change.

Trump will take a whoopin' for it, though, because he's wrong no matter what he does. I guarantee you if it was ANY other president everyone would think it a brilliant idea.

Oh, so you don't think demographics (age, marital status, income, sex, locality, BMI) come into play? You don't think that ALL of the current research studies on covid19 across the globe do not heavily rely on data integration that looks at types of test and the analytics, pre-existing conditions to flesh out differences resulting from comorbidity (diabetes, cardiac, cancer, A-Z organ failure), drug-drug interactions, the list is endless.

And no, one boss is not checking this. It takes entire teams of scientists to look at data. I cannot believe you are even arguing it. How can you argue something you clearly do not understand? WTF? Wow.

Trump's goal at the moment, suppress any facts that make himself look bad going into an election. Why take steps to keep your citizens from being killed if you can just manipulate the infomation?

Predicted what Trump will claim is happening after he controls the narrative:

He's doing exactly what he mocked China for doing back in March.

The CDC data is immediately available to the public, to anyone who wants to use it. The HHS database will NOT be public, and we will only see what HHS, as mouthpiece for Trump, wants us to see. No chance of discovering how much manipulation has been done to the data to make it look like what the moron in charge wants.

There is no proof the CDC is manipulating data. They have to include probable cases because there isn't enough testing going on. Trump and his fellow idiots have been incompetent on this since day 1, and it's time they were gone.

No, if it was Obama it would be the Republicans claiming foul and the Democrats declaring it brilliant.

Why do people keep bringing up Obama? He hasn't been President for several years, and has nothing to do with the current situation. I don't think he was a great President, but he was far better than the orange boy man.
