There is no "undue burden." All the other ASCs meet the required standard of care with no undue burden whatsoever.

The remedy is quite simple. If you truly are concerned about the health of women, petition your legislature to expand termination services in your state to ensure quality care for women. You stated your concern, I’ve given you the remedy. Go forth.
Women DO have equality of care, except for abortion services. RBG and her SCOTUS pals ruled that women DON'T have equal rights to equality of care, which is a direct violation of the 14th Amendment Equal Protection Clause.

Abortion is NOT a zero death rate procedure. RGB and her SCOTUS pals have women's blood on their hands.

The undue burden is lack of access to termination procedures, and this was not disputed by either side.

If you truly care about “equality of care”, then you need to petition your state to come up with solutions that expand quality care for women seeking termination services.

Since you have a difficult time understanding this, here’s another thought example:

If a state were concerned about voters in black neighborhoods getting intimidated or physically harmed by white supremacists at neighborhood polling stations on election day, taking away polling stations in black neighborhoods and effectively disenfranchising black voters in those neighborhoods is not the right solution. The solution has to involve finding ways to improve voter safety without taking away access to voting.

Similarly, if you are worried about the safety of women undergoing termination procedures, the solution is not to take away women’s access to abortion (undue burden). The solution is to find ways to improve quality care without restricting access.

You are losing court battles because no one buys your silly idea that taking away access is the solution. The Court has said, over and over again, it is not. Expand access to quality care for women seeking abortion. That will address your concerns. You’re welcome.

Please hold on RBG...at least until Jan 2021 when we will be able to replace you w/ a truly qualified judge...another Trump pick of a SCOTUS judge would be a disaster for this country.

As part of her deal with Planned Parenthood and Satan, Ginsburg retains her immortality much like Elizabeth Báthory, by bathing in the blood of the innocent, aka the blood of the legions of aborted children she has condemned to death.

To see what I mean, look up Kermit Gosnell. Abortion does NOT have a zero death rate for women, even under the best of circumstances, so why lower health care standards just because they're women?

RBG and the others have women's blood on their hands.
Safe surgical abortion does not require the facilities typically available in other ambulatory surgery centers.

Abortion is safer than childbirth. Making abortion centers conform to ASC standards does not increase safety. It only makes abortions harder to get.

https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/68/ss/ss6811a1.htm

"In 2015, the most recent year for which data were reviewed for abortion-related deaths, two women were identified to have died as a result of complications from legal induced abortion and for one additional death, it was unknown whether the abortion was induced or spontaneous."

https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/67/...0live%20births.

There were 638,169 abortions in 2015, three deaths (if you want to include the one where it was not actually known to be due to induced abortion) = 3 divided by 638,169 = 1 in 212,723 = 0.47 in 100,000. If you take out the death that could not be confirmed as due to induced abortion, the figure is even lower.

Maternal mortality is about 17.4 per 100,000 live births, higher in women over 40 and Black women.

https://www.vox.com/2020/1/30/211137...mortality-rate

Gosnell was an abomination. Do not try to paint him as the typical abortion provider.
