Furthermore, six-in-ten Americans say Trump has been delivering the wrong message to the country in response to the BLM movement and the protests. The American people have a desire for racial equality and justice and they are advocating for and supporting the BLM MOVEMENT.

I agree with most of your post. BLM is certainly not a racist hate group. Anti LGBT? Yeah, they're not good on that front. KC co-founder of BLM resigned over that fyi.
However:
1) The american people are trying to support BLM but are being steered off target by politics. When they start targeting big city mayors (D) instead of swallowing their BS and the revolving door of scapegoat police commissioners then let's talk.
2) Racist in politics gets thrown around willy-nilly. Identity politics attacks are all over the place. I mean, clearly you voted for a racist in the last presidential election after all. Did you forget that Hillary got labeled that in 2008 primaries? Repeatedly? So did her supporters....which if you voted for her....also makes you racist. Trump is a first class *jerk* to not violate language filters, but racist? Everybody is racist in politics these days....
P.S. Biden was hit with racist and sexist charges in primaries...so was Sanders...so was every white male. You should be more discerning of politics and reality.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander. If BLM can rip down a statue of Frederick Douglass without consequence, why are their murals sacred? How many of these psycho little bastards have been caught on camera ripping down statues? How many times have the local and state justice systems done absolutely nothing about it?
I think that there's an equal protection under the law complaint against bringing charges against this person. If the justice system of New York will only selectively prosecute exactly the same crimes with exactly the same amount of evidence, then this person should be set free without consequence as well.

The Media has convinced many, mostly the weak minded, that BLM is just a civil rights group against unfairness to Blacks and the resulting police brutality. In fact they are a purposely destabilizing, divisive, racist, anti American, Marxist organization.
