Is there anyone out there who thinks Biden is not demented? (suspect, biased)

We have seen all the gaffes, mistakes, made up words, and blank stares of Biden, not to mention his emotional lability.
Everyone forgets that Biden had frontal lobe ischemia from his anterior communicating artery aneurysm. His behavior, with all the lack of inhibitions and emotional lability, is a manifestation of ischemia to the frontal lobes.
So here we are- who does, and does not, think that Biden is demented?
Biden's single greatest accomplishment was making Obama look intelligent, in comparison... Other than that, he has very little on his resume that would appeal to potential voters in today's America. And then you throw in the very real possibility that he has dementia... I'm no doctor, but I've had several family members with dementia. I've seen how it progresses.
The DNC is trying to play the American people, and democrats couldn't be more thrilled to play along.
Obama is intelligent.
You just don't like his policies, so you don't want to acknowledge his level of intelligence.
I don't like Obama's policies either, but I can still recognize his level of intelligence.
Biden is obviously lacking in intellect when compared to Obama, and I'd guess is below average among Presidents.
I think he's clearly over the hill and likely on the downslope cognitively, but he still retains a much better basic set of qualifications for the job than the last occupant.
Chief among these is that he doesn't have an insanely fragile ego, which means the limits of his intellectual capacity does not have to be the ceiling by which experts in government can decide things, since he doesn't care about needing to look like the smartest person in the room all the time.

Anyone with experience of dealing with people suffering from dementia know that it is about the factors of decline. Declines that are observable every time Joe speaks: loss of memory, inability to focus, confusion etc etc.
