Berkeley, the city that said the American flags were offensive and tried to evict the US Marine officer recruiting office from their city as “unwelcomed and unwanted intruders” to their city.

No less than addiction treatment.

There are more drugs coming in now that any other time in history! Heroin usage is off the freaking charts around here, and it JUST KEEPS ON COMING IN CONSISTENTLY, (enough to keep the ENTIRE area fully supplied!)
That makes it OK to possess/sell illicit drugs, why?

Im happy you asked....You see over 50.000 people a year are killed in traffic accidents . Most are caused by humans . Traffic stops are a way to document unsafe drivers and remove some of these fools from our roads.

Do you have any idea how violent DD/DV situations can be? Just look up a few. Perps have taken/killed hostages and LEOs.

We already have unarmed officers in every state in the nation. They are called "meter maids." They do encounter angry motorists who confront them, haven't heard of any getting shot.
So unarmed officials would go into the most dangerous neighborhoods neighborhoods in Detroit, Baltimore, etc. late at night to try to calm people down? Do you really think that that will work?

Hmmm, traffic stops are second only to domestic violence call on the list of top most dangerous for officers.

Indeed this should be ...interesting.

Wouldnt it more effective if an addiction specialist intervened, instead of a cop? Maybe find out why they are using drugs in the first place?! lol
Its not just users, its also dealers.

So because we cant stop addiction and crime related to drugs we should just stop making any attempt, make it legal. How about murder, rape and robbery. How effective are laws, arrests and incarceration and ending those crimes. Should we just not bother with laws.

Berkeley has been out of the news lately - they had to do something 'woke' to catch up with CHOP and Somalia/MN.
