If she cannot continue for some reason, there is still time for President Trump to nominate a replacement for her and to get that replacement confirmed by the Supreme Court.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg has been undergoing chemotherapy to treat recurrence of cancer

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has been undergoing chemotherapy treatment since May because of a recurrence of cancer, the justice said in a statement Friday. “I have often said I would remain a member of the Court as long as I can do the job full steam,” Ginsburg said. “I remain fully able to do that.”

If that was to happen, get ready for chaos and civil unrest of EPIC proportions. We ain't seen nuthin yet!

The left will keep her in some underground chamber on life support. Or it might be a Weekend at Bader's scenario.

Actually, she is an absolute Liar.
She has been claiming for months that she is cancer free, while she knew she was undergoing Chemo.

She claimed her May hospitalization was gall bladder.

If something happens to her before the election, Mitch Mcconnell needs to hold to the precedent he set by waiting until the election is over before approving a new Supreme Court Justice. He denied Obama his judge and said they shouldn't approve a new judge during an election year.

I doubt that will happen.

Also, a long term justice will not be appointed until after the election regardless of what happens. I think that was the right thing to do for Obama, and it is the right thing to do for Trump.

If the opportunity arises the president will appoint and the senate will confirm a justice before he leaves office...…… whether that is a matter of months, or years.
