Looks like Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Utah are in a far safer and better position to open up as opposed to Los Angeles.

I do think NYC will economically recover but LA is be shown for what it is and that is a fouth-world city with no leadership that is a biohazard like no where else on earth because it's residents love to crowd themselves in homes with multiple generations and multiple in many cases asymptomatic children under one small roof.

NYC actually has higher unemployment rate than LA, but they able to open up more and more and have a small fraction of the cases per day compared to Los Angeles.

19.5% unemployment in June in Los Angeles and still the world's hotspot for COVID-19 depending on the day.

Looks like having millions living in crowded multi-generational households with a tremendous amount of asymptomatic children who are spreading it isn't working out to well in a pandemic.

Los Angeles rolled out the red carpet for COVID-19 and treated it like a celebrity because so many of it's residents have had families they could not afford while residind with their parents and grandparents under one roof.

That shameful 19.5% unemployment rate was before July where Los Angeles some days has been the COVID-19 hotspot of the nation and maybe even the world

NYC has 20.4% unemployment, but it seems like at least they are in a position to open up more and more.
