Not necessarily, besides because of the shamefully lax gun laws in the US you are FAR more likely to get murdered in US cities than their European counterparts! It's funny but the murder rates by knife between the UK and the US is very similar and yet you are TWO HUNDRED times more likely to get shot to death in the US!! Hmmm I wonder why that could be lol.
