That memo says it's the health department, not the management company.

Regardless, I still am not sure if they have a legal basis to do that. I could be wrong, but sheesh.

Well, the who question of where the mandate (and assumedly the enforcement) comes from is pretty important, no?

I'm betting it's perfectly legal if it's deemed a public health concern. I don't live in Ventura County, so I wouldn't know.

Can't figure why someone in DC cares what happens in Vista Del Mar Commons in the first place.
