In the S. F. Bay Area it is common, although illegal, for a group to only sell/buy real estate to their own kind so that Americans are excluded. The results of this practice are self evident but ignored by the government.
Nobody is stopping you from buying in Cupertino, Fremont, San Marino, Arcadia or Rowland Heights. It's just that folks like you and your attitudes aren't crazy about people who look like me who are in the neighborhood.
You have the right to use the computer for searching a property for sale, but as a buyer you will need the assistance of a professional realtor if you do not want to have your behind scorched in the process to the closing.
Something that also needs to be changed. The process is outdated. It gives too much power to those other than the buyers and sellers. Too many other entities have their hand out.
No agent should be "steering" in 2020 and they need to lose their license permanently if they try it.

Actually, it is cheaper to pay a real estate lawyer by the hour than paying a % commission to salesperson for filling out a form.

The results are self evident, as I stated above.
I don't know what you look like, and prefer not to, because of your years of personal attacks on Americans.

This isn't the first time you've come out with this kind of talk. Prove it with some solid evidence, not hearsay.
Well, I happen to be an American. You can drop the feigned ignorance and feeble attempt to wrap yourself in the flag. I stand by my call outs of your track record of bigoted comments about my community.

Exactly ! FHA protects everyone equally to purchase residential property in all 50 states of the Union. There is no need to reinvent the wheel with creating more "protected classes" to make believe that there is racism and discrimination in USA.

That's not true. The system is not outdated. Every single day there is new information and updates from the national Association of Realtors, the FHA, the Mortgage Companies, the Insurance Companies, the Homes Inspection agencies, the property management companies etc, for the better protection of the consumer.
Of course no agent should be steering, but that is not the point of my original post. The point is that liberal and socialist elements in West Boca Raton and West Boynton Beach, both in Palm Beach County are trying to create a sense of racism in those areas to obligate a 13% of the housing to be reserved exclusively for people of color in all neighborhoods. Even people of color in America have the RIGHT to Live and purchase property wherever they want, and that's FULLY PROTECTED by the FAIR HOUSING ACT in the 50 States of the Union. Anything else to create a sense of racism and discrimination where there is none, is RACISM IN PLAIN SIGHT. I am totally against that !

You ignorant think that the Real estate agent duty is just to fill out a form. Stop by any Real State office in your area, take your time to talk to the broker and say exactly to him/her the same statement you already spewed here to see how they will laugh at you.
Yup. As soon as the name calling starts, rational discussion ends.
Couldn't rep you again, yet.
