Sad to see TDS infecting some in our military.

Dudrey is certainly free to hold whatever views that she wants. But expressing disdain for the Commander In Chief while in uniform is a big no-no. Note, I'm not in favor of booting her from the service, but she definitely needs to face some kind of disciplinary action from where I stand. She may also need a mental health evaluation as she looked completely insane during her rant.

I think that's too generous for her. She seems like she completely lost it and I don't know if she is capable of being that methodical.

Isn't there something in the UCMJ about "conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline"?

Where I work we have strict rules on speaking to the press or publicly. No uniform, but it amounts to the same thing: don't speak as a representative of the company. Ever. There's a PR department that handles questions from outside.

I served in a unit in that same area myself. We had strict standing orders about commuting on/off the base, and what we could or could not do in uniform, which only included brief stops for very specific reasons (such as pick up or drop off a child at childcare). I have no doubt it is the same today. These orders regarding being in transit while in uniform also applied to officers.
I'm not arguing with any of that. And, her behavior was unacceptable, regardless of whether she is in the Navy, or a burger flipper at MacDonald's.

But in my not-so-humble opinion, shouting "F#$D[is that spelled right?] Trump" was the least of her offenses.

I'm curious, at least as a legal matter, what would you say was a greater offense that she committed?

When the discipline comes down, she will totally be blaming Trump and the righties for her stupid behavior.

Dishonarable discharge coming her way, possibly. And again, pretty sure she will point to Trump and assign fault to him.
