But even if you want to believe your story Canada has 116,000 cases and Florida has 430,000. Its not how a crisis happens that matters its how do you deal with it.

Everyone has an opinion. Most are misinformed because they rely on the media to tell them what to think. Shrug. Most Americans have also never been to Canada, so how would they even know?

I agree wholeheartedly.

We should be united in many ways when tasked to fight something like this instead of this silly bickering while people are suffering.

Think of the possibilities if the response to this had been co-ordinated and science based between the two countries - even better with Mexico added on.

The whole N.AMerican continent shining like star.

It'll never happen with petty partisan politics running the show in the three countries.

Your statement has no bearing/wieght what other people care or don't care about. Your statement is meaningless and is of no value

People care what's happening in Canada because they are handling this better than we are in the US and people want to know what they are doing so that maybe we can do a better job here in the US.

But I forgot, for many Americans, especially conservatives, America can do no wrong. Heaven forbid we try to learn from others when they are doing something better than we are here in the US.

Sure lets compare:

Texas 404K cases
California 464K cases
Canada 114K cases

And Texas and California are averaging now close to 10K new cases a day and close to 100 deaths per day.

Canada 200 new cases a day and 2 deaths.

$$$

But not healthcare, childhood education, or social harmony.

In general (so not at the moment) I believe that the criticisms of the US are exaggerated, hyperbolic, and rife with confirmation bias and cognitive dissonance.

But let's not pretend the US is being unfairly maligned when we rank below just about every other developed nation in every critical category such as life expectancy, crime rates, happiness, general competency in math and science, and even English (maybe we should make it the national language so then maybe some of these nationalists will learn it properly).

The only thing we still rank high in is GDP and per capita income (albeit behind 12 other nations), but even there it is mostly distributed among the super rich considering that working full time in 25% of American jobs cannot even afford you a 1-bdrm apartment anywhere in the country without a second income stream.

Cases are meaningless. All depends on testing and most people are asymptomatic so don't get tested even when they get it, because they don't know they have it. The vast majority of people have no ill effects, so infection rate again is meaningless.

This is the biggest scam since man made climate change and the same leftist kooks are pushing it.
