Nadler's questioning had no meaning or point, then cuts off Barr and says "out of time!". What a corrupt partisan. The protesters are "Mothers and Mayors"? Does Nadler actually expect us to believe that. What an embarrassment.

I gotta say I didn't watch the whole thing and I personally don't like Trump or Barr but the Dems messed up. I'm trying to be fair and while Barr isn't my favorite he really didn't do too much because the Democrats wouldn't let him answer a question. Nadler came across the wrong way not letting him use the bathroom. Wish we could have gotten actual answers. I don't like having feds come in to cities but at least they should let Barr explain his motives. As another poster said Trump/Barr wins this one on the ineptitude of the Dems. The Dems have won their battles on the ineptitudes of the Republicans. I wish one side would win their battles based on their strengths, not one side's weaknesses.

There is nothing wring with "shoring up" the ones there when tying to protect federal property when the ones who are there are vastly outnumbered.
IMO, we should HOLD all fed MONEY from any city, state, etc, that will NOT help defend fed property.
The DON'T want fed people, but, sure as hell want fed DOLLARS!
The Democrats are no worse than the Republicans with all the investigating sessions for Benghazi. Nobody said boo about how Republicans treated that. Democrats do the same and this is treated as worse. There are a lot of partisan hacks here.

Barr should never be allowed to practice law again. He has subverted the Justice Dept and the rule of law to do the bidding of Donald Trump like few other AG's. He is just as bad as John Mitchell under Nixon. Barr is a disgrace. Thankfully he will be gone in late January. Historians can then start writing about all the damage he has inflicted on the American Judicial System. They along with history will judge him very poorly.

I made it an 1:10 into Hillary's big hearing. Trey Gowdy was very respectful to hear in his opening remarks. Thus far, I've heard 1 "reclaiming my time" after she'd been answering almost 2 minutes.

FYI..The Benghazi hearing were about the US State Department failures to help the American ambassador and the other who were killed and not about Eric Holder or the Justice Department.
