Not sure about this guy's background, but, if he's a millennial, he should know to not post controversial things on social media. This has been widely known among my generation for the past 10 years or so.
He is creating a hostile environment. He should be fired. They all should be fired.
Hostile environment - one where someone doesn't agree with my views.
Oh great arbiter of what is and is not the correct viewpoint on topics please enlighten us as how we should think so that we do not receive banishment for wrong think.

It works the opposite of that: millennials and Gen Z do not understand that anything they place on the internet is public.
The big problem is for woke people are this. Woke people do not have high tolerance of other people who dont share identical views and thus considered to be problematic.
There is no line that a "government teacher" who educates your children can't cross? Give me a break.
The Supreme Court decided decades ago that a teacher can't be fired for speech:
Quote:
Pickering v. Board of Education, 391 U.S. 563 (1968), was a case in which the Supreme Court of the United States held that in the absence of proof of the teacher knowingly or recklessly making false statements the teacher had a right to speak on issues of public importance without being dismissed from his or her position
Harassment and Firing are just not enough punishment for the Leftists.
A man loses his entire Career ... and blows his brains out.
Is that enough punishment?
Adams, who reportedly reached a $500,000 settlement with the university, was set to retire on Aug. 1. He had been the target of several Change.org petitions calling for his ouster over “misogynistic, xenophobic, transphobic, homophobic, [and] racist rhetoric” tweets, including calling people protesting George Floyd’s police-custody death in Minneapolis as “thugs looking for an opportunity” to break laws without consequence.
His social media presence prompted university officials to denounce his “hateful, hurtful” language in a June 5 statement, saying his remarks were “absolutely reprehensible” but protected by the First Amendment.
How about a reality check? The Police Officer involved in the George Floyd death was Charged with Murder and arrested within days of Floyd’s death ..... that was over 2 months ago and yet the Riots and MOBS have been killing people and burning Cities ever since then.
The ONE thing we know for sure is that these Riots, burnings, Looting have ZERO to do with George Floyd.
Wow that's sad. He used to have a column that I enjoyed reading on Townhall years ago. He was very intelligent and had some good insights. May he rest in peace.
The Supreme Court decided decades ago that a teacher can't be fired for speech:
I asked whether someone could cross a line, and what would that line would be? Teachers are not granted unlimited freedom of speech. Not only can what they say get them fired, but even what they do.
Come back to reality for a moment, there are things teachers can be doing and saying that make parents so uncomfortable they're going to demand the teachers be removed, period. If you want to be a teacher, don't go into porn, and be careful what you say publicly.
