Why doesn't the DNC just hire BLM and Antifa members to, uh, keep the peace?

Supposedly they're expecting around 300 people at the venue.

They need police to protect a convention full of people who want to defund police--from crowds of 'peaceful protesters.' My irony meter is broken from these people.

Of course the police won't come. If they can't use crowd control methods, it's not safe for them to work there. Police are not sacrificial lambs.

It'll be interesting to see if a full-blown riot erupts at this convention.

Why would anyone willingly go to a place where they are not welcome?

The Police would be protecting the people on the inside that are actively trying to disband, defund and blame them for everything while keeping the mob on the outside from hurting each other, possibly killing them and breaking into the DNC?

What is wrong with this picture? What is wrong with America?
