And is that not the Democrats platform that the government needs to do things for you. The GOP platform was always to keep government out of your way. People should take care of themselves.

All casinos in AC did not fail at the time Trump failed.
There have been casinos in AC for 100 years. Many of the remaining 9 casinos predate Trump and survived, including Tropicana, Golden Nugget, Caesar’s, Baily’s and Harrahs. Hard Rock is the former Trump Taj Mahal.
If I recall correctly casino gambling wsa legalized in AC in 1978, with Resorts International being the first.

Trump could have made a difference if he had set the tone at the top, months ago, in terms of masking up.
Instead, he made it political By not doing so, although those who refuse to mask up seem to be across the political spectrum.
Masking up to PROTECT OTHERS from your own respiratory droplets does not appeal to some folk.
You can't make people care about other people. I believe this forum has shown us that pretty clearly.
It should be abundantly clear that Trump has narcissistic personality disorder. If he is allowed to continue, it’ll be the death of us all. Trump is not capable of thinking about other people and their well being.
Everything he does, says, and thinks is for the benefit of feeding his fragile ego.
He fell butt-backwards into the presidency, and he’s insecure because the nation’s leading epidemiologist has higher ratings during a pandemic!!

That explains why Trump claimed he got invited to throw out the first pitch at a Yankees game after Fauci had the honor at a Nationals home opener. He can't stand it when he perceives to be upstaged.

It is easy enough to understand, effeminate males are all the rage these days and very popular in the Democrat party, which is in and of itself approximately 10% homosexual (source -Gallup polling, and I took the low number). That explains Faucci's appeal. He reminds them of the dirty old man who turned a lot of the Democrats in men's room at the bus station when they ran away from home as teens. Since they liked the experience, they view Faucci fondly.
Trump on the other hand is masculine and like stunningly beautiful women, which are abhorred in the Democratic party.
There really is no mystery here.

After reading some responses, note I never said Faucci was a homosexual, I said he may remind gay males in the Democratic party of the older man who first turned them, that does not equate to Facucci being homosexual (thought it would not surprise me). Nor did I imply that he was pedophile. Interesting though that others, presumably leftist (by context) made that association on their own. All I was saying is he reminds them of an older male who was "kind" to them and smooth talking, and gained their trust.
