And that is EXACTLY why, I told him to not get used to it and that is why he is back at work as of July 6th.....and BTW, he did pay taxes on that extra $600....

you are comparing Covid has fewer cases in a single year than a number of US states have Covid cases reported daily the last few weeks. It is an irrelevant argument to say Tuberculosis is a pandemic in America. You cant even tell me how many Americans die from it. Meanwhile more than 150K Americans have died in what, five months since the first Covid death. GMAFB

Man sure does have a way with words.

There is a tendency for tipped people to not declare their entire income. Thus their UI benefit may trend tiny without the temporary bump.

Sit down restaurants in my neck of the woods are not hurting for employees because of fewer tables to achieve social distancing.

Fast food / donut shops, where tipping does not occur, seem desperate to hire anyone with a pulse.
