Do you think this flag triggers people the way a confederate flag does?
It may trigger a Swede or a Dane. They may look like they all get along but there’s some major cultural beef between those countries that go back a couple hundred years (my ex is Norwegian).
So, instead of just educating the idiots, they bow down to them?
How does that solve anything?
Yeah... I don’t think it should have been taken down. Maybe put an I <3 Norway sign underneath or something identifying it as not a confederate flag. Although the ignorance of confusing the two is pretty inexcusable. I’d just tell them to go google the Norwegian flag and **** off.

Well, I’m guessing the morons from the emails and ones that personally approach them aren’t the issue, they can be handled by simply telling them how stupid they are and educating them. I think it’s the idiotic cowards out there who may try to vandalize their property that worries them. I can’t say that I blame them.

Because they would be in jeopardy of losing their business and being labeled as racists for having a flag of Norway...which looks nothing like a confederate flag, except for their colors, but because ONE person somehow was offended by it and made a false assumption, then they are right, and the rest is wrong, and Norway will now be cancelled until they change their flag. At least that's typically how it goes here in 2020 lol.
