Pelosi's comment is at odds with a tweet she posted on July 17. She wrote: “Unidentified stormtroopers. Unmarked cars. Kidnapping protesters and causing severe injuries in response to graffiti. These are not the actions of a democratic republic. @DHSgov’s actions in Portland undermine its mission. Trump & his stormtroopers must be stopped.”
well, if they were uniformed and wore the ID of federal police, then maybe you'd have a point. But we have no idea who they are besides being Trump's attempt at a fascist takeover of this country. Hopefully he'll leave with dignity when he loses and not have to be dragged out kicking and screaming by actual uniformed federal police who don't have to hide in unmarked gear to do their jobs

The only fascist takeover I've observed is/was at the hands of recurring mobs of violent far-left groups, some of whom have promised to commit arson and wanton destruction until their deranged demands have been met. Interestingly enough, this modality is representative of the classic definition of terrorism.
