It’s a curious thing that in 2012 and 2016, some celebrity Republicans predicted Obama would declare Martial Law and postpone the election. Of course, like most of their predictions, this did not happen. Fast forward, and
Trump has put the issue on the table.

McConnel has been very clear, the 2020 Election will happen, as planned. Unless Congress acts no POTUS has the authority to postpone the election.

In 2016, Trump often claimed the EC was evidence of a rigged voting system when he assumed he would lose.

For all anyone knows, Trump could win a second term, because of mail in ballots.
