I still think it's funny that some people seem to believe that Biden will be the one picking the running mate. There's no way the DNC allows a guy with dementia to make ANY decisions on his own.
Biden would be crazy not to pick a woman of color. If he picks Harris he will probably win.

If Biden does lose -- and who the hell knows at this point -- it won't be because he chooses a black female running mate. It's going to be 95% because because he's the creepiest, rapiest, most mentally absent candidate that the Dems have ever nominated. The remaining 5% I'll grant you might be his running mate, not because black and female is an issue, but because there's a very good chance that that black female will be terrible on many levels.
You know it's true, she had no support when she was running in the primary after Tulsi Gabbard briefly mentioned her history of using knowingly tampered with evidence to secure wins as a prosecutor or how she laughed about throwing a homeless mother in jail over her child being truant from school.
She's an absolutely terrible human and it takes almost nothing to point that out. Having the DNC pick her to be the real president on the ticket would be handing Trump a landslide victory.

His running mate is vitally important given that everyone knows he won't be the real president and will likely step down due to dementia fairly soon into any term.
No one can be sold on Biden being a legitimate candidate, but if the DNC picks a decent VP they can sell people on that being the real president. That's their plan anyway.
