Strong Arming are as old as the hills.. A similar incident occurred back in the 70's with a group representing minorities demanding jobs
from contractors in housing projects or else. Most jobs required passing placement testing and years of training. Hiring an unskilled
person to do any dangerous job from electrical to scaffolding was an unnecessary risk. Besides the person hired would kick back
30 % of their wages to the gun slingers threatening to wreak havoc. They were not really helping the person in need of a job.
We did not hire. They caused damage. Delayed work and forced City Housing cops ( back then cops were divided between city,
housing and transit ) to monitor the work environment. Once these thugs left I approached the individuals who really wanted to work
and directed them to file a hiring application. Eventually seen some who actually were hired .No kickbacks necessary. A story with a
nice ending compared to Mafia style thuggery. If any movement wants to be heard wait your turn in line. The Capitol is full of people and
requests. Oh yeah......I would advise to tread lightly with your demands. Plenty of them pack heat as well..................

I never understood how protesting against and trying to shut businesses down has anything to do with saving black lives, especially when 100% of the blacks killing other blacks have never (or ever will) own their own business.

What they hate and utterly despise, is the progression and success of other races while the black community continues to regress. It is really that simple, but instead of focusing on issues within their own communities, they will (like good democrats) blame everyone but themselves.

It is economic warfare against the state. Antifa/BLM are very aware of the economic impact.

Agreed.

It has to be terrifying to be a sane Black person watching all of this, with an intelligent and expansive view of history, yet politically "captured" due to the color of their skin by this collection of groups who seems intent on driving the figurative car over a cliff.

They are forcing an impossible choice between changing their policing, in the face of their highest-crime rate in the West, and allowing for their terror.

It's not them that's the problem, though, at the root of the issue.

People of all races are fairly basic and prone to being propagandized. The problem is the propaganda fed to them from the time they can understand language, which causes them to see any negative outcome as statistical harm that is both racially unique and ultimately due to the actions of those that are outside their greater group (statistically speaking). Neither assumption is true.

Doing this over anything that is not statistically measured, like individual incidents, is even dumber. As these events happen constantly and across all races as a matter of statistical police action in the face of crime.

That an individual incident that tends to be the focus of riots is special on its own, and worthy of protest, is a rather extreme mistake in concept for those that are driving what is happening.

Being this enraged over single incidents, instead of statistics, just means that you are vulnerable to easy manipulation anytime that someone wants a mindless mob to terrorize the populace. All they have to do is wait for whatever time that best suits them, pick out one of the multitude of simialr incidents that happens in any given month, highlight it as "injustice" in the news, and watch the mob burn and terrorize.

The mob will safely ignore all such incidents that aren't given coverage.

This amounts to giving the press control over protests and street terrorism in the USA.

Its not smart. Especially given that no one has an answer for BLM, posed by their impossible question.
