A very interesting narrative from the BBC on the reaction to Covid-19 in the USA vs many other countries, and how some States have handled it differently inside the USA. I didn't realize the huge difference the timelines to reaction has made, even though I was aware of it as background knowledge. This 7:20 minute video clearly shows what worked, what didn't and why, without the usual baggage that comes to the situation, and makes it a debate.
I hope most people find it nuanced, and informational.
I watched the video. It talks about speed of lockdown being the number 1 factor.
That completly ignores california.
They were one of the first to lockdown and have had one of the strictest lockdowns.
Look at them now - all they did is delay the problem.
Yep. And if Hillary was President and had done the same exact thing - none of them would have criticized her for it.
After 3.5 years and all you got is...but...but....but...Hillary!!!!!!
