What an absolute disgrace for Alabama! If ever there was a time for President Trump to overrule state's rights, it would be in cases like this.

A few years ago a woman was arrested and faced a mandatory 5 year jail sentence because she was carrying a legally permitted hand gun in NJ. The gun was bought in PA and permit issued in PA. I don’t see how this is different. Different states have different laws. When in Rome...

It is illegal in Alabama. He should have known better than that, because you can't use ignorance as a defense in the court. He should have stayed in Arizona if he wanted to continue medicating with pot.
