From what I read, there were two clerical errors and neither were of any significance.

There was ample evidence supporting all the subpoenas.

From what I've read on previous CD threads about this issue, it appears a lot of people were waiting on the big shoe to drop. Didn't happen. Doesn't matter that it was CNN, Politico or the Fox affiliate that reported it. It was a big nothing burger. Facts are facts.
