I listed that one. Mexico didn't pay, DoD funds paid (from US TAXPAYER FUNDS). And the wall was mostly just reinforced, not built. He's got 2 months to finish nearly 500-1000 miles.

Now we have to tear them down and put good physical barriers in their place plus an additional 300 miles of them. Sorry, but Trump has 4 more years to complete it.
Let's face it, you and yours don't want a secure border as it would impede the flow of illegal aliens and yes those good physical barriers in place already have proven to be very effective in deterring illegal entry much to you and yours dismay.

Trump is replacing the inferior 700 miles of fencing built under Obama (paid for by the taxpayer) with good physical barriers and only another additional 300 miles of new walls. See my post #65 as to how it's being paid for including Mexico.
