Lincoln Project is currently making another ad that Rick Wilson says is going to be even more devastating than this one. "If this one angered him, he's going to go ballistic when he sees the next one." Wilson chortled. I think their plan is to saturate the networks with all these ads 2 months before November for maximum effect.
Good. Maybe if they keep pushing his buttons with these ads, he'll have a meltdown "like no one has ever seen" and his cabinet of boot lickers will be forced to invoke the 25th amendment.

Most of the measures have come from the state level due to impotent leadership from the white house.

I didn't even know about these attack ads until I saw Trump going off about them I went looked at them. The GOP must be reeling from his comments he made. No ad is going to sway Trump supporters. Fighting fire with fire at this point means drumming up enough negative partisanship on the left and with independents to outvote Trump's fired-up but limited-ceiling base.

Wow. Maybe you should seek some therapy to help your sleeplessness. Your points are skewed. The stock market was performing at record levels before Covid. Farmers are on both sides of the aisle. Some felt harmed, some did not. Read about their opinions on tariffs and learn.
If you believe any democrat would have not made similar decisions about "printing money," got news for ya. History proves otherwise. So blame one man? Not so fast.
As for the virus, democrats did nothing. They were too intent on impeachment and did nothing. They accused him of racism when blocking China flights. China knew about person-to-person transmission, prohibited travel in and out of Wuhan but infected the entire world by not blocking international travel. During this time, they collected PPE from all nations they could, to protect themselves. What they did stinks to high heaven.
