Texas isn't a toss up. Trump will win by 7-12 points.

Hilarious Dems think that though

In-person, on election day. Much more festive that way.

Our mail in ballot system here in Colorado has been highly successful. I can track my ballot online and know that my vote has been counted while I avoid the crowds and enjoy a cup of coffee.
This.

I vote early and drop my ballot off in the locked ballot box at the police station. I can track it online. I have no worries.

I live in a state with mailed ballots, and it usually arrives about three weeks before Election Day. I will fill it out and return it to a secure ballot box at a nearby police station at my discretion.

Like abbottkd71 my state has had vote by mail for years and provides return postage. Because of the possibility that the USPS may "not be efficient" this year I will drop my ballot in the official ballot drop-box.

Folks with your attitude are one of the bigger reasons why widespread mail in voting is a bad idea. If you're too lazy to go cast your own vote or have such little regard for your vote that you think it's a waste of time and effort then frankly who gives a crap what you think? Why should you have any say in who wins the election?

This has already been addressed:

Mailing it in makes more sense if you’re not interested in standing in line. And like that other poster, I’m totally disinterested in standing in a cue to vote.
I presume you have no problem using a car or public transportation to go to the store rather than walking- for many reasons, one of which is it's a more efficient use of time. That doesn't make driving to the store evil or unpatriotic.

I never dreamed that I would have to face the possibility of not living in the United States of America, at least not the one I have known for 41 years. I have never wanted to live anywhere else. This is my home, and I had the privilege of living in freedom, but today I woke up, and while I had my morning coffee, I realized that everything is about to change. No matter how you vote, no matter what you say, something evil has invaded our nation, and our lives will never be the same. I have been confused by the hostility of family and friends. I look at the people I have known all my life so full of hate, who will agree with the opinions of people, that if they were in their right mind they would never express as their own. It is absolutely incredible. I think I might as well have entered the Twilight Zone ... so I saw this and I think it's very close to describing how I feel.
I'm not starting a fight, but it's something to think about. This may open up a ton of comments outraged by some. Many will argue how "wrong" this post is. My suggestion, save time and effort! You are not changing the reality of what we are living by trying to justify this madness in some way. However, I couldn't resist because we are turning into the Twilight Zone. We have become a nation that has collectively lost its mind!
• If a guy pretends to be a woman, you must pretend with him.
• In some ways, it is not American for the census to count how many Americans there are in the United States.
• Russians who influence our elections are bad, but illegals who vote in our elections are good.
• It was great for Joe Biden to "blackmail" the president of Ukraine, but it is an impeccable crime if Donald Trump asks about it.

• People who have never had slaves must pay slavery reparations to people who have never been slaves.

• We see other countries becoming socialist and collapsing, but it seems like a great plan.
• Some people are responsible for the things that happened before they were born, and other people are not responsible for what they are doing right now.
• Criminals are caught and released to hurt more people, but detaining them is bad because it is a violation of YOUR rights.
• And does pointing out all this hypocrisy somehow make us "racist"?
Nothing makes sense anymore, no values, no morals, no courtesy, and people die from a Chinese virus, but it is racist to refer to it as Chinese even though it started in China. We are clearly living in an upside down world where right is wrong and wrong is right, where morality is immoral and immoral is moral, where good is bad and evil is good, where killing murderers is wrong, but killing babies. innocent is right, where darkness is light and light is now darkness.
Wake up America, the large unsinkable ship Titanic America has collided with an iceberg, is taking in water and sinking fast. The choice is yours. What will it be? Time is short, make your choice wisely!
