Of course you do. You see racism everywhere, even when there is none. There is a lot of that going around among Trump apologists especially now that Trump himself, and Breitbart have issued the new talking points.

He is not an authority, but he is right in this case. Latinos are more diverse. I'd say they are the most diverse group in US.
One group must be the most diverse, and some other group the least diverse, and the rest fall in the middle. Does this make sense to you? Probably not........

Actually this country has been at least part Hispanic since we won the Mexican war. The Southwest has always had a heavy Hispanic influence. You are correct though in saying that recent immigration (mostly Mexico) means that a lot of the Hispanics we see do not have a history here deeper than the last 20 or 30 years. Most of us over 40 remember when large parts of America had very little Hispanic presence from the 1980s and back. The country is definitely becoming more Hispanic....and no I am not making a statement on the good or bad of this but just acknowledging it as reality. In 1980 it was rare to hear Spanish spoken in Tennessee, North Carolina or Indiana but today it is very common, proof that the demographics of the country is changing. I personally don’t have a problem with this as long as the immigration is legal and those immigrants have a desire to assimilate into our culture as other immigrant groups like Italians and Irish have in the past. It is a very American process and that is what we are all about. The immigrants get a new country and the rest of us get more good food and bits and pieces of their culture. A fair trade.
As a Republican however I want someone from our side to reach out to these people and convince them that many of the traits they seem to share such as being highly religious, socially conservative, entrepreneurial and hard working mean they should look at the conservative Republican Party. Donald Trump gets an F for alienating this group of important voters while George W Bush gets an A.
The problem is that the Hispanic/Latino change in our demographics is mostly due to illegal immigration from south of our border. That's neither lawful nor natural. I don't want us to become Hispanic, Chinese, etc. in identity by a takeover of any foreign ethnic group in that manner. As for foreign foods we don't need a demographic takeover to enjoy them. I think we all love spaghetti and other Italian foods but we don't have a demographic takeover by them by illegal immigration and they have assimilated well into our society without changing our culture to theirs.
The Republicans will never convince most Latinos to vote for them as most of them are from Mexican or Central American roots and they want amnesty for their illegal amigos. The Democrats are promising them that all the time. Trump and the Republicans won't and rightly so! So they are a lost cause. They do not hold the corner of the market for being hard workers either.
I think what FinnJarber is doing is a bit racist. I don't think he is a bad guy, but it is a touch racist.
If someone said that they were "both Italian and Irish" would FinnJarber interject that they can be Irish or Italian, but not both? I highly doubt it.
You look at the history of the "one drop rule" meant to put racial restrictions on people.
