Not sure what the problem is with this quote. He said except for a few communities, the majority of Black communities aren’t diverse. He’s right.
Most Black communities, besides places like New York City, Miami, and and DC are predominately African Americans born in the states. We don’t have large African, Haitian and Caribbean in places like Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Mobile, Memphis, etc.

the twin cities, Los Angeles, Houston, Boston, and parts of Maryland have lots of black immigrants not just those places.
I find this facinating that this is a left vs right issue. I am dead middle of the road and if the argument is about diversity and not Biden, I would think that the cultural differences among someone from Haiti vs someone from Trinidad for example, would show cultural diversity. Forget about what Biden said and look at it objectively. Would you say that Japanese and Chinese are the same? If you have Irish and Italian, they are culturally different, but yes they are all white, but wouldn't their cultural differences make them diverse?. Cuban people can be white with freckles. Are we talking about just skin color, or geography? I guess interpretation is in the eye of the beholder which is why it is a left vs right thing.

The least diverse political cities are black majority ones and are dominated by Democrats.

Asians: Kerry won by 12%
Other: Kerry won by 14%
Whites: Bush won 17%
Blacks: Kerry won by 77%
Black voting is a statistical outlier. It lacks diversity of voting.
This is why Republicans like Trump tell black voters: "what do you have to lose, the Democrats have failed you" because they know how black voting lacks diversity.
I've taught in a variety of setting and there is always pressure on teenagers to conform by their peers on some level, but I would say it was far more pronounced with the Detroit kids than elsewhere.

Plus it's not uncommon for those living in various African nations to speak English. I've traveled throughout Kenya in the past and most everyone I come in contact with there speak English. In Ethiopia I experienced the same.
Well, no one said they are all the same. Latinos are the more diverse group of those two groups, and that is a fact.

Would you be offended if someone said Latinos are more diverse than white Americans? I am white, and I would not find anything offensive about it.
It seems being diverse some kind of batch of honor for Trump apologists. If so, then by all means, lets make America more diverse. Ironically, you are the ones who argue diversity is a bad thing, but now that Breitbart has given them new talking points, they argue the opposite.
