The left has made gorsuch and kavanaugh out to look like hitler when in reality they have been deciding swing votes on several cases already.

I have been preaching for a while that we have too many elective positions and need many currently elected local county and even state officials appointed after a thourough vetting process and based on merit, accreditation, and experience. We need more professionalism, not less. This is mostly true in the justice system (Sheriffs, Judges, Prosecutors, etc.) but maybe also State Auditors, Land Commissioners and other positions that require specific expertise and experience. Different states have different systems and positions. They should serve for relatively lengthy terms but be subject to monitoring, review and removal by boards or commissioners. They should also be prohibited from seeking elected office for two years after leaving their appointed position.

The AG is the top law enforcement official in the united states has broad powers to arrest and prosecute Americans. controls multiple federal law enforcement agencies do you think such an official should be appointed by we the people? instead of the president to remove political interference and keep the DOJ independent?

Other countries even states elect their AG just a thought.

The Supreme court has massive power over the lives of each American with a gavel they can ban abortion, ban assault weapons overturn any law they want should we the people choose who sits on the high court?
Wouldn't bother me. I don't think SCOTUS should be lifetime appointments.
