Back when Obama was president Mitch refused to fill a vacancy because he thought the next president should get to choose.

Should the same precedent be applied to a vacancy under Trump? I mean its only fair or are the Republicans hypocrites.

Yes. There is a war going on for the soul of America and while the GOP is a pack of cowards and 99% of them are spineless we CAN NOT let the left replace a SC justice if we have the chance to do so BEFORE the election. The ends justify the means.

With the last two poll questions just to clarify I mean once biden is elected can Mitch fill a vacancy before hes sworn in.

Because honestly if the ends justify the means, and the GOP does this? You will have a GOP court for a couple months, then when the Democrats come in they will absolutely 100% Expand the number of justices.


And honestly thats a good idea for other non related issues. They will add in more district courts, and have a ton of vacancies to fill. And just like that...the GOP goes to far, and the left learns from watching them.
