Did someone tell Trump he doesn’t need to pursue this in the next two weeks because this is already law under the ACA?

I can’t tell if Trump is really that cognitively impaired or if he thinks his supporters are...you decide.

He probably doesn’t understand it already exists because Obama passed the ACA and he regards anything Obama did as terrible by default. He doesn’t seem to comprehend the policy he’s advocating is the same because he’s incredibly low information.

It is funny.

You can't beat a PResident writing an Executive Order to put something into law.

He thinks his supporters are stupid enough to believe that and for the most part he is right pretty sad.

I'd rather he make an EO forcing car insurance and home owner insurance companies to cover pre-existing conditions. That way you could wait to buy insurance until after the car accident or your house burns down.

Thanks to SCOTUS Trump has new found power on EO !!! He can make law with that alone, just like Obama did !!!

It would now be reasonable to defund congress !!! They simply are to ineffective !!!

So you think the president should have the right to make laws not congress? And i'm sure you'd say the same thing if it was a democrat president?

Trump destroying norms and showing our institutions are powerless will be nice when we get a progressive president to take these new powers for a spin. Thanks Donnie!
