Even then, you get in some jurisdictions where they'll challenge it after the fact but that's far less likely.
Lastly, they may not renew the policies (of course being accused of redlining , well gee yeah...burning down and looting will do that.) or much higher deductibles and prices? Yep, prices will go up.
Deductibles are generally pretty high for commercial businesses. And rates go WAY up once you make a claim (especially a big claim). If you make more than one or two claims, they'll drop you as well.
Somebody high up in the Deep (DARK) State is making millions from this BLM "movement!" That's why the Deep State (Establishment) supports it! Expect BLM anarchy to come to your city if Democrats are in charge!
I used to think that there are protesters, fauxtesters (aka ANTIFA types) and then looters.

We sure didn't have massive criminal behavior at multiple cities, with thugs destroying businesses and stealing property, while Democrat officials basically gave them the go-ahead and told police to stand down.
These lowlifes need to be in jail. Round them up, charge them with disturbing the peace at a minimum (and theft where appropriate) and haul their you-know-whats to jail. The police need to be ready tonight to do a clean sweep.
