Estimate of cost from weeks of protests take financial toll on cities across US and they don't deserve 1 dime of federal money !!!

The GOP better hold firm on not paying one dime for this self-destructive behavior !!!

The cost were made worse by democrat city and state leaders refusing to take action to bring order !!! Quite the opposite happened !!! They encouraged it like they were thrilled to watch the destruction !!!

Costs from weeks of protests take financial toll on cash-strapped cities across US

From police injuries to financial losses from looters, the aftermath from weeks of cross-country protests is bringing some cities to their knees.

Although the total financial fallout from the protests is still unknown, it will likely eclipse the Los Angeles riots in 1992, which until this years was the most expensive, costing the city $1.4 billion (adjusted for inflation), according to PCS, the insurance industry's primary source for reporting insured losses. Two days of riots following Freddie Gray's funeral in 2015 caused Baltimore $26 million in losses.

The cause of riots is Trump and his hate speech. He should pay from his own personal funds.

All those arrested should be made to clean up their mess as part of paying their debt back to the community. They should also be made to pay for the damages. What would be really great is if the good people of the city that will be forced to pay for the damages these misguided ignorant fools did, to be able to go over the looters house and smash their Xbox or something that they value.

They might learn a lesson if their stuff is stolen or smashed.
