Yes he does. Its quite possible that if Trump wins, the Russia-gate investigation continues, goes all the way to the top, and Obama is charged with treason for illegally spying on a Presidential candidates campaign, and a sitting Presidents administration; while in office.

The 1st Domino has already fallen. Durham & Barr have begun working their way up the chain of command.

If Biden wins, the investigation stops. If Trump wins, the climbing continues.
