Nixon resigned not because he was guilty or innocent. He resigned because his supporters in the Senate didn't want to face reelection knowing they gave Nixon a pass. Sure, he was guilty as hell. But in today's world, politics is a team sport. A loss by your rival is a win for you, even if you weren't even playing that game. The difference is, if the Red Sox beat the Yankees, no one is rewarding someone with billions of dollars of tax cuts to the wealthy and claiming this is good for the average Joe. But you better damn well believe that team's supporters will stand behind any shenanigans your team pulls to win the game.

That's what is different from the 70s to today. If Republican Senators were called to order about their support of Trump, they would have abandoned him in a second.

You already tried this last year and it didn't work.

You need to get a new act.

The only presidents who have actually committed treason are democrats and dems will never prosecute their own.

Trump is the one hurting Trump. He's the one committing all the unethetical or illegal actions.

Guilty as charged, clearly. Liberals caught one at last.

Remind me, what's the penalty for treason?
No, because that's not true. Biden was acting on behalf of both our government and other countries, all wanting that corrupt prosecutor gone.

She's an idiot especially with Covid (another idiot like Mayor DeBlassio who wants to keep schools open for kids to get meals but fails to realize if teachers get sick there isnt a dugout ready) but a broken clock is right twice a day.

Private Schools are the new rage. The rich kids get educated and the poor kids get nothing.
Wait for school vouchers, and public schools will be a thing of the past.

Almost all the cuts to the top income tax rate have been enacted while Democrats controlled both houses of Congress.

Look it up!

As for slush funds, that would a bipartisan undertaking.

Treason has a specific legal definition:

"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."

18 US Code 2381

Not a lawyer or judge, but I don't really think anything I've seen ANY candidate or office holder mentioned in this thread do, rises to that level. Nearly everything seems to depend on the word "adheres to their enemies." Deeply disliking antifa as a concept (since they are not organized), or right wing groups, or Russia, or China, or the Democrats, or the Republicans, does not make any of them enemies.
